How to Order a ProfiCAD License

The whole process takes a few minutes. Orders are handled by our reseller PayProGlobal. You do not have to send us anything – the license key is e-mailed to you automatically as soon as your payment is received.

Step by step

Go to the Pricing page and click Order next to the license type you want.
Fill in the order form. Enter your e-mail address carefully – the license key will be sent to it.
Choose a payment method. We recommend paying by card (see below).
Submit the order. After payment you will receive the license key and the invoice by e-mail.

Which payment method to choose

Card – recommended. The payment is processed immediately and the license key arrives in your mailbox within an hour, usually within a few minutes.
Bank transfer. The money takes several days to arrive, and only then is the license key sent. A typo in the account number or a missing payment reference can cause the payment to go astray, which delays the delivery even further.
No e-mail arrived? Check your Spam folder.

Purchase orders in PDF are not accepted

The reseller does not accept purchase orders sent as a PDF file or by e-mail. Every order has to be placed through the order form on the Pricing page. If your company needs a quote first, use the Request a quote link on the Pricing page.

Buying an upgrade

Owners of an earlier version get a 50% discount. Install the new version and enter your existing license key – the program displays a discount code. Then place the order as described above and enter the discount code in the order form. Would you rather order before installing? E-mail us at info@proficad.com and we will send you the code. Keep your license key safe

⚠️ Store the license key in a safe place. You will need it when you reinstall the program or move it to a new computer. The easiest way: e-mail the key to yourself – it will always be in your mail archive, even if your disk fails.
