Toolbar Area

Right-click anywhere in the toolbar area to show or hide individual toolbars.

You can drag toolbars to the left, right, or bottom edge of the main window to customize your workspace layout.

How do I show the "Symbols" panel again after accidentally closing it?

From the menu, choose View → Toolbars and then Symbols. You can show or hide the other panels and toolbars the same way.
