How to resize a symbol
In the drawing
Drag the symbol's handles with your mouse to resize it. Corner handles maintain the aspect ratio, while the other handles stretch the symbol in a specific direction.
You can also set the size precisely in the Properties panel by entering scale values for the X and Y axes.
You can set a default scale for newly inserted symbols in the program settings (F12 - Symbols - Initial scale of the symbols).
If you increase a symbol's size and its lines look too thin, you can set a multiplier for line and wire thickness.
For example, a ratio of 1.5 increases line thickness from 0.2 mm to 0.3 mm (1.5 x 0.2 = 0.3).
Set this in the program settings (F12 - Paths - Symbols and wires line thickness ratio).
In the symbol editor
In the symbol editor, resize a symbol using Object - Scale. A dialog box appears where you adjust the size with a slider.
This is useful when you've already created a symbol and later decide it should be a different size.
