Symbol Library

The symbol library is fully customizable. Reorganize the groups to match the types of drawings you create most often. You can split, merge, and delete symbol groups as needed.

Check out the sample drawings in the Documents panel to see what ProfiCAD can do.

Program controls and keyboard shortcuts

Learn the keyboard shortcuts (at least the most important ones) and the mouse and keyboard controls. They'll save you a lot of time.

Hardware Requirements

• Make sure you have enough free disk space.
• We don't recommend monitors with very high resolution because they can make text appear too small.

Software Requirements

• Windows 11 or later is required.
• Make sure all Windows updates are installed.
• We don't recommend installing third-party antivirus software beyond Windows Defender, as it may interfere with ProfiCAD.

Installing ProfiCAD on Multiple Computers (Multilicense)

If you have a multilicense, here's how to quickly deploy ProfiCAD across multiple computers:

1. Install ProfiCAD on one computer.
2. Activate it using your license key.
3. Copy these folders to the other computers:

C:\Program Files (x86)\ProfiCAD
C:\Users\Public\Documents\ProfiCAD Library\
C:\Users\Public\Documents\ProfiCAD Samples\
  

That's it -- ProfiCAD is now ready to use on all licensed computers.
