Remote Assistance

In case you need help to solve a problem on your computer, use our online support.

  1. Download the remote support module from the link below and run it - no installation needed. The module size is about 3 MB.
  2. After starting the module, remote support window pops up (this might take a while).

    If you see the green light at the bottom, you can immediately start with communication (use box to the left from the Send button). If the light is red, send us first an email to schedule an appointment and solve your problem or send us a message.

  3. With your permission, a ProfiCAD employee will connect to your computer. Using his mouse and keyboard he will operate your computer and help you to solve the problem.
